Malou has brought a new meaning to the word service. My experience with her started with conversations on what I was looking for in a new home and what my expectations were for both price and timing in selling my old home in Genesee. She is a great listener, and better yet has the ability to actualize and conceptualize what she heard, putting together a great marketing strategy for selling my old home complete with time line and examples of marketing materials.
She has the ability to brain storm with you, coming up with innovative solutions that are all focused on getting the best price in the best time frame. Needless to say, my house was on the market less than three weeks in Genesee, in a market where the typical home is listed for 6 - 8 months in the Foothills. She was in touch with me on a daily basis, letting me know who had seen the home, what their comments were and what would be happening over the next several days. From the beginning to end, the experience was professional, service orientated and for once, enjoyable.
